Big Moose have records of customers booked in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PDA). The data stored in our reservation system and used to enable us to fulfill our agreement. Necessary information to our partners as airlines, hotels and bus companies. The data in the register is also used to enable us to provide information regarding the trip and can also be used in Big Moose for marketing purposes. When you traveled with us saved data in a customer for 3 years where even older history of travel saved, so that we can give you our best service. Responsible for personal data is Big Moose

The information you fill in, we use to identify you when you book your trip.
The data is saved so you do not need to fill them more than once.

The data recorded for traveling companions saved only for the current booking. Otherwise, only your data as the main traveler saved. Booking confirmation and tickets sent to the address specified for the main passenger. Data on the main traveler or traveling will not be disclosed to authorities or companies outside our organization. Travel information is strictly confidential and information will only be spreed  to suppliers  involved in the trip.
