1. Agreement
1.1 The organizer is responsible towards
the traveler
for what he
is entitled to claim as a result of the agreement. The responsibility
also applies to such performance to be carried out by someone other
than the organizer. If the dealer is a party to the agreement, he is
responsible to the passenger in the same way as the organizer. Main
Traveler is the person who booked the trip and thus enters into a
contract with the organizer. All amendments and any cancellations must
be made of the main passenger.
1.1.2 If the traveler over 18 years traveling without parents,
this must be stated at the time of booking. Certificate presentation to

payment of the journey is made.
1.2 Information in the organizer catalogs , brochures and website are
binding on the organizer. The organizer may change the information in
catalogs and brochures before agreement is reached. This may only
happen if an express reservations about it have been made in the
catalog or brochure and the passenger clearly informed of the changes.
1.3 The organizer shall keep the passenger informed on issues of
importance to the passenger associated with the contract.
1.4 Connection Travel or special arrangements contained in the
agreement only if it sold or marketed along with the main event for a
single price or for different prices that are linked to each other.
NOTE! Only on the accession to travel or special events are on the same
travel evidence included in the package.
1.5 The Agreement is binding on the parties when the organizer in
writing has confirmed the passenger's request and the passenger within
the agreed time paid an agreed deposit according to the organizer's
instructions. The organizer shall confirm the passenger's order without
delay.
1.6 If the Agreement is amended by the traveler such as by
departure amended, changed or amended departure distance traveled count

2. Payment of the price of the trip
2.1 The passenger will pay the price of the
trip by the
date the
contract.
2.2 The organizer may require payment of the balance of the price
of the trip earlier than indicated on the Agreement on the airline or
other provider requires the issue of air ticket or payment of
arrangemang early.
2.3 The organizer may in connection with the confirmation take a
first installment (deposit). Fee shall be reasonable in relation to the
price of the trip and the circumstances in general. Registration fee is
900, - per person for travel within Europe. For travel outside Europe
is the entry fee 1500: - per person.
2.4 If the traveler does not pay the price of the trip in
accordance with the Agreement have been the organizer the right to
terminate the contract and keep the fee as damages unless this is
unreasonable. The final payment for the trip will be the organizer not
later than 10 days before departure, unless otherwise indicated. Has
not completed payment for the trip organizer not later than 10 days

retain the entry fee. When ordering tickets less than 20 days before
departure, the total price of the trip is paid immediately.
2.5 Request for the traveler cancellationinsurance
(cancellation) should be notified upon order of the trip. Cancellation
cost 7% of total trip price. The fee for cancellationinsurance made
simultaneously with the entry fee and is non-refundable on cancellation
of the trip.
3. Travelers' right to cancellation of the trip
3.1 Valid travel package, flight only and only hotel reservation.

3.2 Traveler who have agreed cancellationinsurance
has the right to cancel the trip, as follows:
- In the event of cancellation under paragraph 3.2, the traveler
is not entitled to recover what he paid for
cancellationinsurance.
3.2.1 If the passenger has cancellationinsurance may
travel in
the cases referred to in paragraph 3.2.2-3.2.4 canceled without other
cost than the fee set out in the organizer's catalog or brochure.

3.2.2 Cancellation must be made if the passenger or his / her
spouse / partner, the passenger or his spouse or cohabiting relative in
straight up-or descendants or siblings, or person with whom the
traveler jointly commissioned the trip before departure but after the
agreement has become binding to the passenger under paragraph 1.5 are
affected by serious illness, worsening illness or accident and this

the trip.
3.2.3 Cancellation must be made on other event affecting the
passenger after the agreement reached under paragraph 1.5 and the
incident is of such intervention in nature for the traveler that it is
not reasonable to require that the traveler must implement the journey.
The passenger shall not have been able to prevail over the incident and
whether known or away knowing that when the journey was ordered. Such

3.2.4 Cancellation must be made on the person with whom the
traveler jointly commissioned trip cancel their trips in accordance
with paragraphs 3.2.2 or 3.2.3 and it is unfair that the traveler must

3.2.5 The passenger must cancel the trip as soon as possible after
the reason of cancellation incurred. The basis for the

3.3 Cancellation must be made in the manner specified in the
catalog, brochure or travel documents. Cancellation must be made
immediately to the organizer's shop or the travel agent who booked the

4. Travelers' right to transfer the contract
4.1 The passenger may transfer the contract to someone who meets all
the conditions of participation in the trip. They may in particular be
the carriers or by the organizer's recourse under the current rules
should accept a change of traveler. The passenger must be in a
reasonable time before departure to the organizer or the retailer of
the transfer.
4.2 Once the agreement has been transferred is

5. Organizer changes before departure and the
cancellation of the
trip
5.1 organizer the right to change the terms of the contract. The
organizer may change the terms of the contract to the detriment of the
passenger only if it is clear from the agreement that this may happen.
5.2 Travelers' right to withdraw from the contract. The traveler
may terminate the agreement if the operator explains that he will not
fulfill what he committed and the breach is of material importance to
the passenger. The traveler may also withdraw from the contract if the
terms changed substantially to his detriment. If the organizers intend
to break the agreement or want to change the terms of the contract, he
shall inform the passenger as soon as possible, taking notice of his or
her right to terminate a contract under the first paragraph. The
passenger shall within a reasonable time, inform the organizer or the

5.3 Travelers' right to compensation trip. From the
passenger

the agreement. The first and second paragraphs also apply where the
organizer sets the trip without the passenger is indebted to it.
5.4 Travelers' right to damages, the organizer of suspension
travel. In cases referred to in 5.3 gives the passenger a right to
damages from the operator, whether it is reasonable. Right to damages
because the organizers set the trip is not about the organizer shows:
1. That fewer people than one of the Agreement specified minimum
number registered for the trip and the traveler last 14 days before
departure in writing of the trip is set (when traveling with a maximum
duration of 5 days, the traveler shall be notified no later than 10
days before departure), or
2. The trip could not be due to a barrier outside the operator's
control that he could not reasonably be expected to have anticipated
when the agreement was concluded and whose consequences he could not

2. Changes in taxes, duties or charges for services included in the
trip, or
3. Changes in exchange rates affect the cost of the trip organizer.
The price may be increased by an amount equal to the passenger's
share of the cost increase by the organizer affected by the
implementation of the Agreement provided that this cost increase is of
a kind specified in 1-3 above in this paragraph. For example, if a fee
under paragraph 2 above will increase by 10EUR for each traveler, the
price may be increased by the same amount. If the passenger's request
is the tour operator liable to account how the price increase is
estimated. Right to increase as 1 and 3 above is only if cost exceeds
6EUR. Prize may not be increased in the last 20 days before the agreed
departure date. The organizer shall, as soon as possible inform the
passenger about the price. Trip price is lowered on the organizer's
expenses earlier than 20 days before the agreed departure date, for the
same reasons as stated above, is reduced. At the cost reduction under 1
and 3 above, the price cut only on cost reduction over 6EUR.
5.6 organizer and the passenger's right to terminate a contract,
etc. The organizer and the passenger each have a right to withdraw from
the contract if after the agreement became binding on the parties under
paragraph 1.5 on or near destination or along the planned route
occurring disaster, act of war, general strike or other action event,
which substantially affect the trip implementation or conditions at the

6. Organizer changes after departure, errors or
omissions
6.1 Delinquent performance.
If after departure, a substantial part of the services contracted
for can not be provided, the organizer shall arrange suitable
compensation arrangements at no extra cost to the passenger. Can

acceptable grounds, such arrangements, the arranger, if appropriate, at
no additional cost to the passenger to provide equivalent transport
back to the place of departure or at any other place to which the

6.2 Other errors and shortcomings.
At the other errors in the services contracted for, other than
those specified in 6.1 for the passenger the right to a price reduction

outside the operator's control that he could not reasonably be expected
to have anticipated when the agreement was concluded and whose
consequences he could not reasonably have avoided or overcome. If the
error is due to someone who has used the services of the organizer, the
organizer is free from liability under the second paragraph only if

provision. The same applies if the error is due to another of an
earlier stage. When errors are due to circumstances described in the
second or third paragraph, the organizer shall forthwith give the
traveler the necessary assistance.
6.3 damages.
Damages under these conditions include, in addition to
compensation for pure financial loss, compensation for personal injury
and property damage. Damage covered by the provisions of maritime law
(1994:1009), the Aviation Act (1957:297), Rail Act (1985:192) or the
Act (1985:193) on international rail services reimbursable under those
laws in force when the injury occurred rather than as these conditions.
The organizer, however, is always liable to compensate the traveler for
what he is entitled to claim under the said laws. It is the
responsibility of the traveler to the extent possible, limit the
damage.
7. Complaints and corrective
7.1 The passenger may not invoke the error in what he is entitled
to claim as a result of the agreement, if he is not within a reasonable
time after being marked or removed tag error to the organizer or the
retailer of the error. This should, if possible, be at their
destination. Written complaints must be submitted to us within 2 months
after return.
7.2 Notwithstanding 7.1 traveler may invoke error, if the
organizer or the retailer has acted grossly negligent or in breach of

suitable solution.
8. Travelers' responsibilities during the trip
8.1 organizer instructions, etc.
The passenger is obliged to follow the instructions for the voyage
implementation provided by the tour leader or other person who engages
organizer. The traveler is required to respect the rules that apply to
travel and transport, hotels etc and conduct so that the traveling

of this, the organizer may cancel the contract.
8.2 Travelers' liability for damage.
The traveler is responsible for the damage he is causing the
organizer by negligence, such as By failing to follow the instructions

organizer to assist in the implementation journey.
8.3 Passport, visa, health measures, etc.
Before the conclusion of a contract shall be the organizer or
retailer, as appropriate, inform the passenger about their health rules
which become applicable during the journey and, insofar as they are
relevant to the traveler on the arrangements in respect of passports
and visas for nationals of countries within the European Economic Area.
The passenger, however, is solely responsible for compliance with the
necessary formalities for the journey implementation, such as
possession of valid passport, visa, vaccinations, insurance. The
traveler is responsible for all costs incurred due to the shortcomings
of the formalities, such as repatriation of the result of the absence
of a passport, unless the deficiencies are caused by incorrect
information from the organizer or the retailer.
8.4 Dissenting from the event.

9. Dispute settlement
The parties should try to resolve the dispute regarding

interpretation or application of the agreement through negotiations. If
